Choose a 65 Inch Smart TV by Operating System

Compare the available platforms based on apps, navigation, voice control, and smart-home integration.

01 Widely Available

Google TV and Android TV

Google TV is currently the most widely available platform among 65-inch Smart TVs in Bangladesh. It supports Google Home integration, a large app library, and voice control through the remote or built-in mic on select models.

02 Brand Ecosystems

Tizen and WebOS

Samsung's Tizen and LG's WebOS platforms are known for smooth performance and clean interfaces. Tizen models often pair with SmartThings for smart home control, while WebOS is praised for its intuitive card-style navigation.

03 Simple Interface

VIDAA and Other Smart TV Platforms

VIDAA, used mainly on Hisense TVs, offers a lightweight and fast interface with essential streaming apps. It's a good option for buyers who want a simple, no-fuss smart TV experience.

How to Choose the Right 65 Inch Smart TV

Match the television with your room, budget, content preferences, connected devices, and warranty needs.

Picking the right 65-inch Smart TV depends on your room, budget, and how you plan to use it. Our detailed Smart TV buying guide for Bangladesh covers this in more depth, but here are the key factors to check.

Consider Your Room Size and Viewing Distance

A 65-inch TV generally suits a viewing distance of about 8 to 10 feet. If your living room is smaller, sit closer, or you may want to compare with a 55-inch option instead.

Recommended viewing distance 8 to 10 feet

Choose the Display Based on Your Budget and Usage

For casual viewing and news, a 4K LED TV is enough. If you watch a lot of movies or want richer colors, consider QLED or Mini LED. For the best possible picture, OLED is worth the extra cost. This guide on how to choose a Smart TV before buying can help you weigh these options against your budget.

Check Resolution, HDR and Refresh Rate

Almost all 65-inch Smart TVs now come with 4K resolution and HDR support, which improves brightness and contrast. If you plan to connect a gaming console, look for a higher refresh rate such as 120Hz for smoother motion.

Check Smart Features and Connectivity

Look at HDMI port count if you plan to connect a soundbar, gaming console, and set-top box together; you can also check our HDMI cable options for the right length and version. Also check for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and voice control support, since these affect daily convenience.

Our Smart TV connectivity guide explains these ports and features in more detail.

Consider Warranty and After-Sales Service

Warranty coverage on 65-inch Smart TVs in Bangladesh typically ranges from 2 to 5 years depending on the brand and model. Longer warranty periods add peace of mind for such a large investment.

Available 65 Inch Smart TV Display Types

Choose between practical LED displays, brighter quantum-dot options, and premium self-lit OLED panels.

01 Budget Friendly

4K LED and UHD Smart TV

4K LED TVs are the most common and budget-friendly option in the 65-inch category. They deliver sharp Ultra HD picture quality, making them a practical choice for everyday viewing, news, sports, and streaming.

02 Enhanced Brightness

QLED, HQLED and Mini LED

QLED and HQLED TVs use quantum dot or enhanced backlight technology to produce brighter, more vivid colors and deeper contrast. Mini LED and QD-Mini LED models take this further with finer backlight control, giving better dark scene detail, which is ideal for movie lovers and home theater setups.

You can explore more options in our QLED Smart TV collection.

03 Premium Picture

OLED and QD-OLED

OLED and QD-OLED panels offer the richest black levels and most accurate colors available in a 65-inch Smart TV. Each pixel lights up independently, so there's no backlight bleeding. These are typically the highest-priced option but deliver the best overall picture quality.

Buying a 65 Inch Smart TV in Bangladesh

Consider ownership costs, warranty protection, delivery, and local support along with the screen specifications.

Budget and Price Considerations

65-inch Smart TV prices in Bangladesh range widely, from around Tk 88,200 for entry-level 4K LED models to over Tk 400,000 for premium OLED and Mini LED TVs. Setting a budget first will help you narrow down the right display type.

Electricity Usage and Daily Use

Larger screens naturally use more power than smaller TVs, though most modern 65-inch Smart TVs are reasonably energy-efficient. If you plan to use the TV for many hours daily, checking the power rating can help estimate monthly electricity costs.

Warranty, EMI and Delivery

Buying from a trusted retailer means access to brand warranty, EMI options on eligible cards, and home delivery, all of which matter more with a large, heavier product like a 65-inch TV.

Online Availability and Local Support

Since 65-inch TVs are bulky, it helps to buy from a retailer with local service centers and reliable delivery, so installation and any future repairs are easier to manage. You can also browse our wider Television collection if you're comparing sizes or brands beyond 65 inches.
